| Working and treatment of
Halofantrine - Halfan |
Due to the fear of toxicity of its excess use without prescription,
which are only advisable for adults. Two phases of treatment is
possible with the Halofantrine - Halfan drug. Anphilex bacteria are
the main cause for the malarial diseases. They directly attack the
immune system of the body making them weak. They destroy the cells
killing the lysosome present in them. The absorption of Halofantrine
- Halfan is erratic but increases when taken with fatty food. The
mechanism of halofantrine is unknown.
The drug cannot prevent malaria (prophylaxis) because of the risk of
toxicity and unreliable absorption. The consumption of Halofantrine
- Halfan builds the white blood corpuscles making them resistive
enough for the lysosome to prevent the foreign attacks. An Increased
volume of halofantrine causes a rise in blood levels leading to
blood pressure that can be severe. An empty stomach is advisable for
the consumption of Halofantrine - Halfan. Patients struggling from
severe malarial disease consume three doses of 500mg halofantrine
six hours apart.
Plasma levels peak at 16 hours and the half-life of the drug is
about 4 days. The consumption of Halofantrine - Halfan is
exclusively for the treatment of malaria. Tests and research show
their primary function is to increase the immune system of the body
making them resistive against bacteria. The body itself prevents the
bacteria from causing malaria gradually increasing the production
level of white blood corpuscles. This makes lysosome in the blood to
be active and ready to face any adverse situation caused by external
components.
